Most of the fruit served at the breakfast is organic: produced and bought from the producers in the Douro valley as well as the tasty jams that accompany the fresh bread bought every day from the local bakery. Vegan ingredients, without gluten or lactose, upon request 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.
