OUR HISTORY
In March 2018 we opened our first doors. In the heart of the city, on Rua Sá da Bandeira, numbers 522 and 524 where we welcomed our first guests. The restored building is reborn in a modern and contemporary design dedicated to the typical hospitality of the city.
In July 2019 we opened the second door, in Rua da Alegria, nº 171. This building, also full of stories of Porto, keeps intact the traditions and main characteristics of the time. Each unit of D'Autor Apartments Bandeira and D'Autor Apartments Alegria was designed to welcome those who want to be integrated into city life and feel the soul of Porto in their skin, for two days or two months, with maximum comfort and the feeling of being at home.
Sá da Bandeira
D'Autor Apartments of Sá da Bandeira is distinguished by the quality of the spaces, the originality of the buildings, the transparency and the luminosity. A number of small surprises emerge along the path that leads us from the entrance to the access of each of the apartments. Anyone who enters is immediately surprised and eager to relax in the courtyard inside of the building. The space invites you. It invites you to live. It invites you to breathe. It invites you to stay.
Alegria
The D'Autor Apartments of Alegria, being a drawer building, achieves a surprising quality of light in all its spaces, allowing a good use of its reorganization. The interiors maintain the nuances of the building's history. It has small notes of counter-tops in glass to highlight the granite in the access to the balconies, maintenance and the replacement of shutters, when necessary, fruits of the care that this building, with so much tradition, requires. Let yourself be surprised!
INFORMATION
All apartments are equipped with:
Induction hob; Oven; Exhaust fan; Microwave; Refrigerator and Freezer; Electric kettle; Nespresso coffee machine; Dishes and utensils; Refrigeration zone; Safe; Air conditioning; Flat screen TV; Hair dryer; Personal hygiene products; Bed and bath linen; Double bed; Wardrobe with hangers Wooden floor. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Clothes rack. An iron and ironing board are available upon request and subject to availability.
Children up to 2 years old can be accommodated in a baby crib, maximum 1 cot per apartment. Pets not admitted.
No smoking in the whole building, including apartments and balconies. Cleaning Service, with a change of bed linen and towels every three nights or on request, daily between 9:00 and 14:00. Laundry service from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at an additional cost.
Private Transfers from/to the airport, available 24 hours a day and a schedule of visits are available upon advance booking and with an additional cost. Parking available on the street or in public parks..
